So we started building little plugins for Outreach

Outreach is wonderful and we'd never consider replacing it.

It’s hands down the best Sales Execution Platform on the market (sorry SalesLoft).

But it’s missing little features that would make our lives so much easier - things like email verification, tracking LinkedIn activity, auto dialing, and lots of other small things.

The problem is that although everyone would love this stuff, it doesn’t really fit into Outreach's long term strategic product roadmap and broader vision.

When you’re a category leader focused on the bigger picture, it’s hard to prioritize the little things.

It’s frustrating but it makes sense.
